Managed to motor to East Lyme Connecticut today. I can't really say that driving thru NYC was a pleasure, but we managed with small displeasure. The George Washngton bridge was a real pain, plus $39 in tolls. Altogether we paid about $80 in tolls today. There were no delays in our direction, but the other direction was backed up about 5 miles at the bridge plus another one mile futher on. We just gotta find a better way to go south.We're camped about 3 miles out of town, about 6 miles from the coast. It's beautful. The weather is great, 50 at night and 70 in the day. No rain forecast for next 10 days. We'll be here 4 nights then move on to New Hampshire.
